He states that OTR’s mission is to bridge this gap and to dismantle systemic inequality, providing women and immigrants access to the capital and capital markets they need to grow their businesses.
He stresses the single driving force of immigrant entrepreneurs is to find ways to improve the lives of their family despite discrimination; resulting in why so many small businesses are immigrant-owned. He remains bullish on the opportunities for success of these businesses based on the strong work ethic they manifest.
